Recently, a devastating fire destroyed a truck repair’s 2500 sq. ft. office in Clayton, NJ. The fire started on a Friday night and we were called in by 8:00 a.m. the next morning. The utility company disconnected the power to the entire facility leaving the company unable to conduct regular business. After evaluating the damage, we made changes to the electrical service by using a diesel powered generator and by Monday afternoon the company was back to normal business operations.
The company routinely repairs damaged heavy trucks for many large companies; among those being UPS, FedEx, Dunbar and various rental companies. After restoring the power we then arranged for an electrical inspection to verify that the work was safely installed so that the utility company could reconnect the normal power. The company owners were impressed with our responsiveness to their needs and have in return awarded us with the total rebuild of the offices. The commitment to respond to our customers’ needs is an important part of our business model as we understand the effects of down time and will respond as quickly as possible to meet your needs. Let Byers share that commitment with your company and show you how working with us brings added value to your company.
