Las Vegas, NV
In our October newsletter we mentioned that our team was on the west coast working at a food manufacturing facility in Las Vegas, NV. We are pleased to report that the project was completed on time and within the allocated budget. Our team installed a process control system that included a fully automated kitchen, a bulk ingredient section for crushed tomatoes and tomato puree as well as an organic oil and vinegar tank farm and chilled water system. The project also included the electrical installation of a fully automated packaging line with the ability to package the final product in either glass or plastic containers, label the product and pack in a cardboard case for shipment.
Based on the completion of this project and our priority to maintain and support the successful operation of this facility we are in the process of procuring our Nevada state license to setup a west coast location.
