Ryan has been with the company since 2007 and is our Chief Executive Officer. Ryan began his career with Byers as an Electrician, from which he was promoted to Project Manager and handled various industrial accounts. In 2017 Ryan was assigned to Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for managing all company operations. In 2018, Ryan became part owner in the company alongside Frank Byers, and in late 2021 was elevated to Chief Executive Officer where he oversees all aspects of the Byers Organization. In his free time Ryan spends time with his wife and two daughters. He also enjoys riding dirt bikes and UTV’s, and working on projects around his house.
